Our Story
India Visser, born and raised in Southern California, originally earned a real estate license in 2017 and quickly became a top-producing agent, focusing on transparency, communication, and excellent representation. In April 2020, India moved her family to the heart of the Ozarks and earned her Missouri real estate license. She worked at a local brokerage in Marshfield, with deep ties to the community. After earning her brokerage license, she was presented the opportunity to take over that brokerage and has been owner and broker since April 2025. She focuses on education, training, compliance, and curating a team-like atmosphere. Since taking over she has almost doubled the amount of real estate agents at the brokerage and looks forward to continuing to be a resource for clients and agents, alike.
